how is HAUTEdog "charitable"?
we have two charitable programs:  "5% for the animals", in which 5% of our proceeds are donated to non-profit animal organizations; and "forever home first bath" is our sponsorship program in which we are working to provide shampoo to our hometown animal shelter.  we're here for the dogs, so giving back is extremely important to us.

what does "vegan" mean?
that absolutely no animal by-products are used as our ingredients.  we believe that products for the well being of dogs should also be for the well being of animals, and that means all animals.

are your products safe for cats, puppies or pregnant/nursing dogs?
for puppies younger than 12 weeks & pregnant or nursing dogs, you must consult with your veterinarian first since many essential oils are not suitable in those cases.
our products are exclusively for dogs and not suitable for cats.

what is the shelf life of the products?
while our all natural products are naturally preserved, their shelf life is not indefinite:  we recommend to replace your product after 12 months, like most cosmetic preparations.

where can i find the ingredients?
a complete INCI listing can be found under each product info on this website, as well as on the product label (with the exclusion of the restore paw butter label- we're working on it!)

are your products made in the USA?
yes!  furthermore, our ingredients, bottles & labels all come from american companies.

do you ship outside the USA?
sure, we ship to most any country!  our free shipping doesn't apply to international orders, so please check out our policies page & contact us for a shipping quote.

when can i expect my order to arrive?
we ship orders within 1-2 business days and will email you a tracking number.
continental US orders are shipped FREE via UPS or USPS ground and non-continental/international orders are shipped using the lowest rate possible, for your convenience.  

i need my order fast - can you get it to me sooner?
sure!  just contact us with your desired order and we can ship 2 day or overnight - we'll just email you the invoice directly for that shipping method (shipping is only free for ground in the continental US).
please note that orders will still ship out within 1-2 business days and only the actual shipping time is expedited.
